Pastor Sean and his wife Celeste have served in youth and family ministry for over 21 years, all while raising three amazing boys - Ethan, Ashton, and Abel. They went on to co-found Exalt Church with Randy and Lisa Estelle in 2012,  serving as the Associate/Youth Pastor. Sean assumed the Lead Pastor position when Pastor Randy went to be with the Lord in April of 2021. Sean and Celeste are honored to carry on the vision of Equipping Great People to do Great Things.

 Chad and his wonderful wife Jessica have been married for over 10 years. Chad has served as a worship leader and executive minister in the past and currently serves at Exalt Church as the worship team leader. Chad and Jessica have two wonderful children, Collin and Chloe; who love to sing and praise God. Chad views leading worship as an opportunity to honor God as a team and as a church. He believes it's not about our abilities, but rather our obedience to His moving. He is grateful to God for this current season at Exalt.   

Jacob and Bethany have both attended Sarasota Bible college and YWAM, They have been involved in the ministry of some shape or form since they were young adults. They both were youth leaders at their previous church for years and started a successful young adults group that they ran for five years. Having a heart for the nations, they have helped lead short term missions trips and have served in many places around the world. Their heart is to equip and help disciple this next generation to do great things in Christ.

Chris and Jess both felt a calling at a young age to help shape, love, empower, and give a good biblical foundation to the current generation. Chris and Jess have been serving in children;s and youth ministry for over 20 years. They have had the joy of raising three amazing young adults Mica, Raina, and Ella. Chris and Jess have also taught and served at Circle Christian Arts Academy for over 10 years, helping students use their gifts to glorify God.
